Synthetic demonstration — no live integrations

From messy enquiry
to a review-ready action.

Choose an invented case and see the routing output. This browser-only demo uses simple rules, not a connected AI service. Approval does not send an email, change a CRM or submit data.

Use made-up information only. Do not enter credentials or real customer records. No data is submitted or stored.

Workflow Rescue Sprint

One small, clearly defined business process, rebuilt within your own tools.

US$950 one-time sprint

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Łukasz Plukita is not VAT registered; no VAT is charged. Final terms are set out in the written quote.

  • Up to two simple workflows
  • Up to three agreed app connections in total
  • Tests against agreed examples and written handover
  • Human review for AI-generated outbound drafts
  • Seven days of in-scope bug fixes after accepted handover
  • Optional monitoring from US$199/month, by separate agreement
Build a workflow brief ↗

Service scope / How we quote

US$950 applies only after a fit check and a mutually accepted written scope. The seven-day support period covers corrections where delivered work fails the agreed scope or acceptance criteria, starting after accepted handover. New features, extra workflows and third-party changes are separate.

Subscriptions, platform usage, model charges and other external costs are excluded and require your approval before being incurred. Optional monitoring starts from US$199/month; covered workflows, checks and alert handling are agreed in writing before it starts. No revenue, customer or data-recovery result is guaranteed.

Process: fit check → written scope and quote → acceptance → invoice → delivery. Payment terms, timing and applicable tax details are confirmed in writing; there is no online checkout here.

Before we connect anything

Frequently asked.

Can deleted Relay.app workflows be recovered?

No. Deleted vendor records cannot be restored by this service. A rebuild depends on your own retained documentation, records and description of the process.

Will AI send replies by itself?

Not in the standard sprint. Outbound drafts require human approval; automation of sending needs an expressly agreed scope.

Do you need our passwords?

No. Connections should use customer-authorised account and integration flows with limited permissions. Never submit credentials through the brief.

Does every project cost US$950?

No. The US$950 sprint applies only to a defined simple scope after a fit check. Complex or regulated processes need separate assessment and a written quote. No VAT is charged because the sole trader is not VAT registered.

The brief is kept only in this page's temporary browser state. Closing or refreshing the page clears it.

The synthetic demo and workflow brief run within your browser. The page does not transmit their text to us, use backend form submission or store it in our database. If you email us, your email provider handles that message and we use the details you choose to include to assess your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if agreed, deliver the service. Relevant legal grounds include steps requested before a contract, fulfilling an agreed contract, legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries where appropriate, and applicable legal obligations.

Email is provided by Infomaniak and the website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Those providers may process information necessary to deliver their services. We have not added our own marketing analytics or advertising trackers; hosting and email providers may handle technical service data.

We keep enquiry and project correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to assess an enquiry, deliver an agreed service, handle related queries and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on whether an enquiry proceeds, ongoing service needs and relevant record-keeping requirements. We do not promise immediate or automatic deletion. You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
